Any suggestions for replacement for my Plantronics DSP-400, which has so more duct tape on it, that another inch will officially make it into a roll of doct tape...

I had a problem with me running over the cable with my chair, so I bought a pair of Creative HS-1200 wireless, but I'm not impressed with the sound quality and mic, so that became the IP phone set on another machine.

For me the main criterias are:
- sound quality of both phones and mic should be decent
- light weight/comfortable for long gaming hours
- wireless would be a plus, but I guess I can arrange the cables differently ;)

Check this one out mate : http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-audio/

I'm using the Razer Carcharias and I must say I'm shocked by the fidelity and light weight. It's like wearing ear buds on a cold winter day.

The only drawback of my set is that they're wired, but surely you can find some wireless ones.

I payed £36 for a Sennheiser PC161 Pro-Gaming Headset, this was back in january 08, sound is really nice from them, light weight and very well made but again they are wired, although they have stood up to me rolling over them with my chair on a hard wood floor so far. :)

They look nice. Im semi-looking for a new headset since my Steel Series siberia that I purchased are complete garbage (may just be becuase they are faulty). I would much rather have some Noise cancelling headphones tho (my current ones have annoying holes so i can hear my brothers noise in the background.
So on that note, way want to stay away from Steel Series Siberia. NOT hardwearing at all.

I picked up a Logitech VX Revolution for only $30 at a local clearance.
I love the super fast adjustable mouse wheel.
