Need help really fast

I need someone to download my Collectors Edition (I'll give you link)
It's impossible if my pc isn't in USA CANADA or MEXICO. It gives me error, with proxy's so it doesn't work. 'cause the program it works with tracks it down and doesn't get diverted by the proxy.

So the help I need is download it for me and upload it somewhere on the Internet so that I have acces about it.

I'm at friend right now, so I'm not on smallband as I am at home.
So I kinda need it done today. So that I can start playing with you.
