My healing breakdown:
#1 - Power Word: Shield (absorb)
#2 - Penance
#3 - Flash Heal
#4 - Greater Heal
This spec focuses on maximizing the amount of damage prevention done by a discipline priest. Preventing damage is a main strength of the discipline talent tree. Therefore, this is my build for getting the maximum absorb potential and mana efficiency from PWS and from divine aegis. To get divine aegis procs, you should stack crit and this spec gets most of the potential crit from talents except for Focused Will.
Renewed hope is also very important, 3% total raid damage. Even 100dps on the raid (x25) prevented is equivalent to 2500 EHPS. Improved healing is essential to this build since it is 15% mana cost reduction to your #1 direct heal (penance). Divine Fury is not as important since you should try to only cast greater heal after PWS in which case you will have 20% spell haste from borrowed time to reduce the cast time.
Overall, this spec is fully pve tank and raid healing oriented. Some adjustments can be made here and there with only 1 point in Grace, and maybe Focused Will for more passive spell crit. But this is the most effective and efficient pve discipline raid healing build I have come across. Also, while discipline priests are usually always last on healing meters, do not forget to factor in Renewed Hope and absorbs into effective healing. My estimated absorbs alone on one Iron Council kill were over 400k where my healing was only about 250k.
