I don't think i've pugged with KoS before, I'm sure a couple people know me.

* Can you meet the raid schedule? Our raid schedule isn't too demanding (7:30pm-12:00am)Mon,Wednesday,Thursday), so if you can't make 80% of the raids don't bother applying as you will be booted within a few weeks for poor attendance.
I can make all the raids. I'm just hoping to find a guild that has good raid attendance itself. I've been having bad luck lately, seems no one cares about raiding anymore. I do.

* Can you get along with others and be a team player? We do not tolerate individuals with a bad attitude, especially towards others within the guild. Whining about Loot is not Tolerated.
Prior to wow I used to play counterstrike1.6 at a somewhat high level (cal-p if anyone knows). I'm all about teamwork, I don't cry about anything and I don't talk over other people unless its something within the raid. The thing with loot is, I know exactly what I need and don't need. I'm not a loot whore.

* Is your computer good enough to handle end game raiding? I'm not talking about 5 mans . Some end game fights have a high amount of animation and AOE, so you should have a fairly decent setup. That doesn't mean you need the latest and greatest, but something sufficient to run WoW at a good FPS along with a good internet connection.
My pc is all custom, it has an e6300@2.8ghz, 9800GT OC'd, and about 2gigs of ram. 2 monitors, and all that. Siberia Icemats for headset and XFi xtremegamer card. I use roadrunner turbo, its about 25megs down, 10 megs up.

* Why do you want to join KoS? Do you have friends here? What is your past raid experience in WoW? What content have you done? Please be honest with this one, not just a token answer.Being completely honest, I want to join a good guild. I don't have any other apps out there. When I saw some KoS heads running around with runed proto drakes I told myself, 'well, shit I should have one too." Plus, Destrea is a pretty funny dude. He knows I'm a pretty chill guy

*What guild/s were you in previously and why did you leave?
Just Rebirth, EMP and One Divided by Zero. The lack of wanting to progress in Ulduar in some of these guilds is annoying. I love playing my rogue, I'm really good at it. I also like using him. In the latest guild, I guess some people want to bring their rogues back from the dead and I can't compete against 3 officer rogues. Pretty selfish imo.

* Talk to us about your class. Do you understand your class and how it works? What do you think that you as a player can bring to this guild? Explain in detail your Tanking/Healing/DPS, Specs, Rotations, gear selection, Enchants, Gems etc. What mods do you use? Convince us that you have thorough and extensive knowledge of your class. Links to WWS, Wowmeter or similar performance records are helpful.
The rotation rundown. Ok, I like to play mutilate rogue.
Rotation:
* Ensure that there is a bleed (ie. Rupture, Deep Wounds, Rend) on the target.
* Start up Hunger for Blood.
* Start up Slice and Dice however you please, really.

1. Mutilate to 4+ Combo Points
2. Make sure Hunger for Blood isn't going to drop soon. Refresh it if it will.
3. Is Rupture up? If yes, Envenom. Go to step 1.
4. Does Slice and Dice have >12 seconds left? If no, Envenom. Go to Step 1.
5. Rupture. Go to Step 1.
Taken from Elitistjerks. It works.
All the gear I am able to roll on I plug into my spreadsheet first. If it keeps me at hit cap, expertise cap and is a decent dps increase.. I'll roll on it.
Most of the mods you can see from my UI post above.

Knowledge of Encounters:You are expected to do extensive research for boss fights, from videos to boss Strategies. If you are asked about a fight and have no clue then you cannot help us and chances are you will not make the raid team. You must be able to help yourself and we in turn help you which in turn helps us progress together. Have you made yourself familiar with the current Raid content? I'm knowledgeable up to yogg, I haven't been able to down him yet. All the strats I've seen were mostly from tankspot.

* Raid spots are competitive and not guaranteed. Are you able to sit on the sidelines if you are under performing until you can prove yourself?
I understand sitting for a core raider/officer.. but I never 'under perform'. Not that I'm cocky, I just know my rogue all too well.

* Are you able to accept constructive criticism? Everyone must be able to handle constructive criticism, because no matter how good you think you are, noone is perfect.
Yea sure, thats no problem.

* If you have any other information you'd like to include feel free to do so.
Just looking to progress, be in a chill ass guild and have fun. Most importantly have fun. I'm 26, I'm from NYC and the last thing I ever stress over is world of warcraft. I don't look for fights, I don't talk shit and I don't have an ego.
