Time for a gaming pause for me.

At the moment, I am running a new set of drugs to help me with my headaches, as well as my sleeplessness and the depression/hypervigilance/dysthemia that I have. To that end I will be focusing on my sleep schedule as well as myself and my home. I have already started going to the gym, I paid for 3 years up front at the local Golds Gym, got a rate of $19 a month. At present I an starting slow with 2 hours to 2 1/2 hours of cardio a day. My goal on that front is to drop about 30 pounds then work on building up a little more muscle and toning up. The workouts will also affect my daily energy levels as well as my ability to sleep. I am going to slowly work in anarobic exercises in addition to my daily cardio. Also, my house, inside and out needs some work so I will be spending time on that as well. I need to focus my extra time for the short to midterm towards getting my body, mind, and home as stable and set as I want them to be. Once I get my house in order, and my body is coming along, I will slowly rejoin the KoS gaming community.

Right On. Definitely take care or yourself/irl before gaming. As many people know, I had to go super-casual with college about 3 weeks away now. You better be on Diablo3 so I can kick your ass in the pvp Arena's (I plan to casually play some d3).

I'm gonna start my gym/workout regime once I get on college campus. Hoping that the change of scenery will bring about the ability to pick up new habits.
