Because current Cabal launcher is gay and likes to generate nonsense errors, I thought it would be even good idea to upload update's .dat file to more reasonable location like, for example, my mediafire account.
So here's link nabz:

To install just copy file to x:\Program Files\Games-Masters.com\CABAL Online (Europe)\launcher\update and make file [READ-ONLY] (click right mouse on it->Properties) and start launcher.
Or if you like computer magic, simply unpack it via WINRAR and paste files manually.
