Apparently blizzard decided to let many bosses have larger hit boxes and in all actuality be farther away. We can now charge some bosses from melee range now without moving for rage and juggernaut. The one I found this possible on was Pit Lord Argaloth. I just read on EJ you can also do this on the second boss of Bastion of Twilight, although I haven't looked to see who that is yet. Woot.
