Rune of Razorice: Now stacks 5 stacks of 2% Frost Vulnerability instead of 10 stacks of 1% Frost Vulnerability. Proc chance changed to 100%.

Frost
Endless Winter: No longer causes Frost Fever to be applied by Chains of Ice, but instead grants 2/4% strength.
Icy Talons: The personal haste benefit provided by this talent is no longer exclusive with other sources of melee haste. This will allow death knights to always swing 4/6/12/16/20% faster when Frost Fever is applied. Windfury Totem and the party/raid component of Improved Icy Talons still do not stack.
Improved Icy Talons: This effect is now passive instead of being a proc. The self haste buff remains unchanged.
Nerves of Cold Steel: Now increases off-hand damage by 8/16/25%, up from 5/10/15%.
Unbreakable Armor: The amount of strength granted is now 20%, up from 10%


Which i think is great, being i went DW frost last night for the first time and i loved seeing those KM Howling Blasts' for 90k on trash packs.....Being a proc spec without any real roatation was actually fun. Maybe i'll get some awsome 1h and become Rob 2.0

I tried playing this spec of my DK in heroics and it failed, but i think on a longer boss or even trash this spec would be pretty nice aswell as fun.

You failed at FROST dps in heroics? Wow..... frost is actually pretty impressive there. It might not scale as well as unholy (yet..... 3.3.3 I'd bet frost will beat anything sans legendary axe)

Frost = apply diseases, pest, HB,BB

Massive frontloaded damage

Generally I found frost, even on my crappy geared dk to do quite well in heroics, it was raids where their sustained dps fell below unholy's that they suffered (though 3.3.3 is gonna fix that alot)
